On This Day We Celebrate Nowruz... Persian New Year!
March 20th is a very special day for all Persians around the world. On this day we celebrate the Persian New Year, Nowruz. We welcome spring with sparkling clean houses and a new set of clothes. I just can't wait for the farmers markets to open. One of my favorite things in the world to do is get to market early morning to pickup all the goodies I order from local farms to prepare for you. A Little Taste of Spring ...
Hope everyone is doing well with all this wind. I will make it short this week as power is in and out and internet connectivity is not dependable today. This weeks menu includes a little taste of spring with supplies from a couple of the local farms.
